What is direct primary care?

Direct primary care (DPC) is a growing approach to healthcare that bypasses traditional insurance models. Patients pay a flat monthly fee to their PCP, in exchange for comprehensive primary care services throughout the year (very similar to a fitness membership). While DPC offers a wide range of benefits to the patient-physician dyad, some of the most notable include:

  • Cost transparency - removes the mystery from out-of-pocket responsibility for cost of services

  • Enhanced provider accessibility - improved access to same and next-day appointments

  • More time for personalized care - access to longer and/or more frequent appointments as needed

  • Improved emphasis on prevention - often overlooked and heavily underutilized in fast-paced traditional models

  • Reduced administrative burden on patients and providers alike

What is included in DPC with Dr. Lange?

  • Comprehensive naturopathic care

    • Unlimited office visits

    • Unlimited telemedicine appointments

    • Acute care for common illnesses and minor injuries

    • Direct provider messaging through the patient portal

  • Preventive care

    • Annual wellness exams

    • Routine health screenings

    • Individualized wellness programs

  • In-house phlebotomy

  • 20% discount on IVs, injections, Botox cosmetic, microneedling

  • **All appointments are subject to scheduling parameters and availability**

Will my direct primary care pricing change?

All DPC patients must complete a Direct Primary Care Financial Policy Agreement prior to initiation or resumption of status as an established DPC patient of Dr. Lange. Monthly membership pricing is guaranteed for duration of consecutive automatic payments. Prices are subject to change for new or returning patients.

What are people saying?

“I want to shout out Dr. Lange for how much she has helped me in my journey to find solutions related to a potential autoimmune disorder. I felt so listened to and cared for, and it was clear Dr. Lange wanted to get to the bottom of the issue and wasn't just moving me through as just another patient. She took so much time with me and was persistent in trying to find answers, and she found some connections that have leveled out my symptoms and restored balance to my health. I'm so grateful to have found her.” - Rosie L.
